Refund Policy

If you change your mind about your order/purchase, you may cancel your order within 14 days of purchase. You must notify us of your intention to return your order via email within 14 days from the date of purchase. 

We will then offer you an exchange or issue a credit note (6 month expiry date) to spend on our website once the item has been returned to us. 

Products must be returned unused, unopened and in the original packaging with the seal intact. All products must be returned in the same condition as they were originally purchased from our website otherwise the refund/exchange will be denied. 

For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept any returns of electrical and non-electrical hair styling items unless they are faulty. Please notify us via email if your item is faulty before returning it. 

We also cannot accept returns of gift cards, items purchased with a discount code or sale items. 

All returned items will be posted at the buyers expense, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs. Postage charges will not be refunded or credited along with your return. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage.
